Program and consent
AK Broker and Investment Group uses SMS text messaging for real estate inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and important service updates. You enroll by checking the optional SMS consent box and providing your mobile number. Consent is not required to inquire or purchase services.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out, then stop program messages. If you wish to enroll again, submit the registration form and provide SMS consent again.

Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. Your mobile provider’s message and data charges may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your provider with questions about your plan.
