AK Broker and Investment Group, AK Broker, is Ava Khamooshi’s business brand for real estate services powered by Rise Realty and mortgage services powered by C2 Financial. This policy covers inquiries through this website and its registration form.
Information collected
We collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, buying or selling interests, city, price range, timeline and messages. Google Sites and Google Forms may process technical information under Google’s privacy policies.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, arrange consultations and provide requested services. Where you separately opt in to SMS, we use your number for the messaging purposes described below. Mortgage applications are handled through C2 Financial’s application channels and applicable privacy notices. Do not submit sensitive loan documents or account identifiers through this general form.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell phone numbers. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information, SMS consent and opt-in records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
